Watch 06 – THE RENEWAL OF ALL THINGS. What stood out to you?
Jesus taught us to pray: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven” (Matt. 6:9-10). What would it look like if God’s kingdom came and his will was fully done on earth tomorrow?
Read 1 Corinthians 15:58. How does knowing your labor in the Lord is “not in vain” change your view of your life here on earth?
What role does the Church play in God’s renewal plan? What could it look like for us to join God’s renewal of the world?
The Church isn’t the only group trying to make the world a better place. Many people and organizations work toward renewal. But secular renewal often seeks the values of the kingdom, without the King. It adopts the values of Jesus, without Jesus himself. What’s unique about Christianity is that God starts his renewal plan with us. He transforms us as we believe the gospel and follow Jesus as disciples. If this is true, what role do the gospel and discipleship play in renewal?
Where do you sense God calling you to join Him in renewal right now?

Pray for specific ways we need God to renew our world. Where does heaven need to invade our lives, our city, and our world? Pray for ways we can join God in that renewal.
